WHAT IS PREHAB?
Prehabilitation is the process of targeting and improving fitness and strength elements needed for your season BEFORE you hit the slopes to help minimise your injury risk.
How often do you hear of people injuring themselves on the slope?
Skiing and Snowboarding are both intensive, dynamic activities and the occurence of acute injures and overuse injuries are sadly very common. In many cases these injuries are caused by muscle weakness, muscular imbalance or just a general lack of fitness. Many injuries could be avoided simply by undertaking pre-season training and preparing yourself for the intensity of the season prior to starting.

THE PROGRAM
Our Prehab sessions are designed to target the main muscle groups and energy systems used during your time on the slopes. Expect varied and dynamic exercises with focus on the legs and core.
Prehab programs are available as one-on-one or two-on-one sessions. Like our personal training sessions will be held at home, or a location of convenience chosen by you and we will bring all equipment needed for the session.
