PRICES & PACKAGES

 

PAY-AS-YOU-TRAIN

 

This is a great option for those with irregular schedules, only a short time in town or those unsure if they are ready to commit to a long term package. Pay-as-you-train gives you the option to book and rebook at your convenience. 

 

  • 45 minute session                     $60

  • 60 minute session                     $70

  • 90 minute session                     $90

 
PACKAGES

 

Our long term packages are great for encouraging commitment to your journey and developing a long term lifestyle change. Having a set timeframe allows for more accurate goal setting and increases your probability of hitting your targets.

 

Our packages (excl. the Express Package) typically consist of 2 x 60 minute sessions a week however we understand that this does not always go to plan and are happy to adapt this schedule to meet clients needs.

 

If you opt for one of our packages you will also have access 24/7 to your personal trainer for help, guidance and support.

       Includes 12 x 60 minute sessions

 

  • 12  Week Plan                                         $1400  (savings of $280)       

        Includes 24 x 60 minute sessions

 

  • 24 Week Plan                                          $2600  (savings of $760)

        Includes 48 x 60 minute sessions
